Before you begin you should have
A website on the SF State Drupal platform
A web page(s) developed on the site
A table created on a web page on the site
How to Insert a Column in a Table on a Web Page
- Select the Edit tab
- In the Body section, right mouse click (Windows) or ctrl + mouse click (Mac) the column in the table where you would like the new column to be inserted next to
From the menu options choose Column and then select eitherInsert Column Before or Insert Column After, depending upon where you would like the new column
Note: The new column may not be visibly noticeable. It may look like an additional border has been added to where you specified the location of the new column.
- Select the new column and then enter any content that you would like to add
- Select the Save button located at the bottom of the web page
The column should now be inserted in the table on the web page.
