We have added Webform Reply-to module on all Drupal 7 sites. We have also updated the default "reply-to" address as email@example.com. If webform is cofigured to send an email on submission, then please double check this settings and update it if necessary.
To update this, go to the email sub-tab of the webform and edit the email. Look for the "E-mail Reply-to Details" section and update it accordingly.
This way, when someone replies to the email sent from webform, it goes to firstname.lastname@example.org or the email address that is used on this field instead of going to Drupal Support. Please comment below if you have any questions/concerns.
